Extraterrestrial civilizations (ETC) having arranged this crop circle next to a windmill, have formed, thereby the pictogram containing two levels of the transferred information.
On the one hand, this is the information that transfers crop circle itself. On the other hand, it is a complex of the crop circle with a windmill.

The first level of the information.The pictogram represents a big circle with a wide outer boundary-circumference. This way the individual information cell of human being is presented.
The border of an individual cell of a human being is shown by the greatest dark circle in which center there is a small dark circle – a brain area of this cell. The area between border and a brain area of an individual cell – a light ring – is a body area of a cell. Just in this part of pictogram on fields risks are put.
The circle is divided by radiuses into 12 segments. On both sides of each radius that is a side simultaneously of two segments arcs of different length are placed. They are located on different heights. As a result, the circle is divided by these arches into 8 concentric circles. Besides, these short arches are rectangles. In addition, these short arcs are rectangles. Each of them represents a shift of a brain area in an individual cell, which occurs at association of two people’ consciousness.
In the centre of the circle is placed the small dark circle. Big circle presents an individual information cell of human being with a small brain area which is shown by this small circle in the centre. The boundary of the cell is shown by the greatest dark circle. The light ring area between the boundary of the cell and the small circle in the centre represent the body area of individual cell. Just in this part of crop circle risks are placed.
Eight levels of arcs form eight concentric circles. On the one hand, they represent eight individual cells, i.e. eight people with united consciousness. Unification of consciousness indicate expansion of these circles radius. On the other hand, the same eight arcs represent expansion of mankind consciousness which should occur at the Transition from individual consciousness to the united consciousness.
Each segment is a separate information block. It seems that it is unique by number of arcs, their length and location, i.e. there are no segments with the same pattern of arcs. Nevertheless, all segments transfer the identical information – about the Transition of individual consciousness to the united. In addition, segments disclose structure of an individual information cell of human being, or present the Principle of consciousness unification and also inform about expansion of a brain area at consciousness association.
It is necessary to pay attention to relative positions of arcs in a segment. Arcs attached to one side of radius, form one information line. Besides, interact with each other also arcs attached to opposite sides of a segment.
Thus, three nearby arcs attached to one side of radius, inform about three previous levels of consciousness entering into structure of an individual cell of each human being (pink arrows).
Four arcs present the fourth level of consciousness, i.e. individual consciousness of each human being. Five arcs present united consciousness of people (blue arrows).
Transition from individual consciousness to the united represent a following combination of arcs (green arrows): one arc attached to one side-radius of a segment, is located between two arches attached to other side-radius of the same segment. On the other hand, these segments also show that at unification of consciousness a cell’ brain area, extends. Two arches located against each other, mean association of consciousness of brain areas of two individual cells – two people.
The second level of the informationrelated to the mill which allegorically represents global cataclysms. Rotating blades of the windmill create in air a picture reminding the pictogram arisen on fields.
The mill is placed on a small rectangle on border surrounded by bushes and trees which set it apart on the total area. This small rectangle, practically a square presents the fourth level of consciousness – individual consciousness of human being.
However, around a small square a large rectangle is located. Its extended form points on a shift of an individual cell brain area which represents a small square.
Shift of a brain area means that two persons have united consciousness. As a result is formed an expanded cell’s brain area which depicts a large rectangle on which territory is placed a mill.
The windmill is placed in a small square which represents individual consciousness of the fourth level, and affect only this territory. It means that global cataclysms depicted by a windmill, will grind mankind by their millstones, as flour only in one situation – if we will keep an individual consciousness.
Numerous small arches of different length arranged in the cell’ body area. So, circle rotation, by analogy to windmill’ vanes, representing cataclysms, will break off a body area of an individual cell.
On the other hand, mill’ influence does not extend on the territory of the big rectangle representing expansion of brain area at unification of consciousness. Hence, if we unite consciousness and make the Transition, cataclysms will not affect us.
It is very important to underline, that color has very significant meaning in extraterrestrial civilizations’ consciousness symbolic. Thus, this pictogram is created on rape fields of bright yellow color. Everybody knows that yellow color is a symbol of danger. Thus, the pictogram on a yellow field warns mankind about danger of fast approach of global cataclysms.
Wide border of an individual cell.
In this pictogram extraterrestrial civilizations pay our attention to mutual understanding of people on the planet. These mutual relations are fundamental at consciousness unification because determine its depth.
Extraterrestrial civilizations assert that the laser beam which is necessary to cause for the Transition will arise only as a result of dissolution of cells borders of all people of Earth. Hence, depth of consciousness unification is the major parameter for the Transition.
Just this information ETC underline by a wide border of the cell presented by external circle. Moreover, inside of a border is put a design.
A drawing in the wide cell’ border tells that now attempt of consciousness unification by one individual is not perceived by another with whom he tries to unite consciousness. The pictogram with the same content appeared on fields on August 7, 2005 in Wiltshire , England . It resembles a rapidly rotating CD disc.
Crop circle with a small circle in the centre represents an individual cell. The numerous arches located inside in the direction from the centre to periphery present gradual expansion of an individual cell brain area, i.e. association of consciousness of growing number of people.
On a disk surface six segments – four narrow and two wide are consistently located. Thus, narrow segments are located on two – side by side. Each narrow segment presents a brain area of an individual cell, extending as a result of consciousness unification. Wide segments depict the expansion a brain area as a result of consciousness association of two people which present two nearby narrow segments. The Principle of consciousness unification is presented by two narrow and one wide segments.
Besides, the pictogram reminding rotation of high speed СD shows that the decision of consciousness association should be taken immediately since the moment of global cataclysms beginning is very close.
